Dr. Abhijit Ari has vast experience in paediatrics and expertise in care of critically ill children. He has provided comprehensive care to children relentlessly in last eleven years in most renowned institutions both nationally and internationally to keep his skills up-to-date.

He joined this institution to provide quaternary care to sick kids after completing one year prestigious fellowship in paediatric critical care and acute transport care (CATS) from world famous Great Ormond Street Children Hospital (GOSH), London (U.K.). He received letter of appreciation from GOSH for providing extraordinary care during the initial phase of COVID-19 pandemic in year 2020.

Prior to this, He accomplished his FNB-Paediatric Critical care from the Narayana Hrudayalaya which is one of the finest hospitals in India. He received training in both paediatric and cardiac intensive care. He has huge experience in looking after kids in their post-solid organ transplantation and bone marrow transplantation. Later, he worked as PICU consultant in same hospital for two years where he fine-tuned all aspects of advanced critical care including CVVH, HFOV and ECMO.

He was endowed with MD Paediatrics degree from SMS Medical College Hospital, Jaipur which is the apex government medical centre of Rajasthan that caters care to myriad of sick babies. To enhance the understanding sick new-born care, he accomplished senior residency in neonatology from SSKM and IPGMER, Kolkata.

He is an excellent academician and teacher. He worked as clinical tutor in Burdwan Medical College West Bengal, a tertiary care government medical college. He believes in team work and uplift of unit, therefore, he continues the teaching and training in this institution to improve the skills of hospital staff.

He received many accolades during this period and has been a gold medallist in his M.B.B.S. He has many publications in various national and international journals. He has also presented his research in critically sick children in national conference.

His current goal is to give comprehensive and compassionate care to sick children in a cutting-edge critical care set up which is lacking in India.
